How We Deliver the Best Products
We firmly believe that high-quality products begin with high-standard raw materials. Zhejiang Liqun has established long-term strategic partnerships with leading specialty steel suppliers. Every batch of steel entering our facility must be accompanied by a complete material certificate, including data on hardenability, tensile strength, and chemical composition. Each batch is assigned a unique identification code to enable full traceability—from material storage and forging to finished product delivery. In the event of any issue, we can quickly trace and isolate the affected batch, effectively managing risks.
Zhejiang Liqun operates high-precision, highly automated production lines that embody both advanced technology and craftsmanship. Our state-of-the-art equipment ensures superior material strength, excellent material utilization, and exceptional dimensional consistency. The core machining processes are performed on imported CNC machines, guaranteeing that every component meets or exceeds industry standards for dimensional accuracy and tolerance. At the same time, we value the expertise of our experienced engineers and craftsmen, whose skill and insight allow them to solve complex technical challenges that automation alone cannot address.
Stringent inspection is a critical safeguard behind our commitment to “zero defects.” Zhejiang Liqun has established a comprehensive, multi-dimensional quality monitoring system. Rigorous inspections are conducted at the start of each production batch, throughout the manufacturing process, and upon completion of finished products. Our factory is equipped with advanced testing instruments, including contour and roughness measuring devices for full-size dimensional inspection. We also perform 100% non-destructive testing using magnetic particle and ultrasonic flaw detectors to ensure products are free from cracks and impurities. Regular sample testing is conducted to verify torque, fatigue life, and ultimate performance, ensuring that our products deliver reliability that far exceeds standard requirements.

Zhejiang Liqun currently offers over a thousands of different universal joint models and hundreds of double cardan CV heads and drive shafts. However, we understand that some customers may have unique specifications that are not covered by our existing product range. Our engineering team will work closely with you to design and manufacture products that precisely meet your needs.

We invest in advanced waste gas and wastewater treatment systems to ensure that oil mist and dust generated during production are effectively collected and purified.
All metal waste produced in our manufacturing process is 100% sorted and recycled. We also actively explore new ways to reuse these materials, converting them into secondary industrial raw materials to reduce dependence on natural resources.

To minimize operational risks and reduce manual workload, many of our machines are equipped with industrial robotic arms that automate material loading and unloading.
