Zhejiang Liqun Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1990.

Our company is located in Zhejiang Province, China, close to Ningbo Port, which provides convenient transportation and export logistics.

We specialize in universal joints (U-joints), drive shaft, double cardan CV assemblies, and other driveline components such as yokes, spline shafts, and flange yokes, serving both OEM and aftermarket applications.

Our annual production capacity exceeds 12 million sets of universal joints and 100,000 sets of double cardan CV assemblies, supported by fully automatic production lines and in-house heat treatment.

How do you ensure the quantity of your products?

We ensure product quality through a strict and comprehensive quality control system. All key processes — from forging, heat treatment, machining, to assembly — are performed in-house under IATF 16949 certified management.

Each batch undergoes dimension inspection, hardness testing, torque and fatigue testing, and other performance evaluations to guarantee that every component meets our standards for strength, durability, and precision.

There are many factors to consider,such as the material of the product, the lubricating oil and grease used, the material of the oil seal, the fit clearance,and the precision of the needle rollers in the same set. What is the minimum order quantity for the products?

What is the warranty period of your products? What should we do if any issue occurs during the warranty period?

Our standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of shipment.

For products with special requirements or customized specifications, the warranty can be extended up to 24 months.

If any issue occurs during the warranty period, please contact our sales or after-sales team with details such as photos, batch number, and a description of the problem.

We will analyze the cause promptly and provide a replacement or suitable solution after verification.

Regular maintenance helps ensure stable performance and extend the service life of driveline components.

  • For greaseable types: Lubricate the universal joints and slip yokes with the recommended high-quality lithium or molybdenum grease every 5,000–10,000 km (or as specified by your vehicle manufacturer).
  • For maintenance-free types: No periodic greasing is required, but regular visual inspection for wear, rust, or seal damage is recommended.
  • Always check for vibration, abnormal noise, or looseness in the drive shaft and joints, and replace worn components promptly.

Proper lubrication and timely inspection will greatly reduce wear and prevent premature failure.
