Universal Joint yokes
Precision forging or die forging is used to manufacture the forks. Forging ensures continuous metal fiber structure and refined grain, resulting in higher strength and toughness. Topology-optimized lightweight designs may also be applied to reduce weight without compromising performance.
Cross Shafts
Manufactured with strict attention to dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties to ensure optimal performance within the universal joint assembly.
Drive Shaft Tubes
Made from high-strength seamless steel tubes to provide excellent durability and torsional resistance.
Spline Shafts
The spline teeth on the shaft and sleeve are typically produced through milling, broaching, or shaping processes. The spline surfaces are often surface-hardened through quenching to enhance wear resistance.

Assembly
The cross shaft, needle bearings, seals, and other components are pressed into the bearing holes of the universal joint fork and secured with snap rings. Drive shaft tubes are connected to the universal joint assembly via the splined sleeve, and the assembly is filled with high-quality lubrication grease.

Dynamic Balancing
To ensure smooth operation and minimize vibration, drive shafts are dynamically balanced. This may involve welding balance weights or drilling material at specific locations to bring the assembly within strict balance standards.

Inspection
Includes verification of dimensional accuracy, rotational smoothness, and sampling for torque load and vibration tests, ensuring every assembly meets rigorous quality standards.

1.Appearance and Dimensional Inspection
Includes surface defect detection, critical dimensions, and geometric tolerance verification.
2.Materials and Mechanical Properties
Includes surface hardness, metallographic structure, and internal crack inspection.
3.Performance Testing
Includes dynamic balance testing, sealing performance, and rotational smoothness testing.
4.Durability and Reliability
Includes fatigue life evaluation and wear testing.
